Human Resources (HR) Part Time Internship

Lindstr m is conducting its annual voice of employee survey for blue-collar employees. It's an online survey in regional (local) languages.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring that the survey is understood and filled by all eligible employees at a given location. You will ensure data collected is not influenced by others on the premises.

Duration: Two to three days to complete the survey.

Skills required:

1. Ability to communicate and work with different stakeholders at the unit.
2. Ability to plan the entire day, monitor and report progress, and keep track of all activities involved in completing the survey successfully.
3. Knowledge of local languages in respective locations.

Special Note: The units (offices) are on the outskirts of the cities listed above. Applicants with two-wheelers will be preferred.

Dates: The selection of applicants and the assignment will be completed between 21st October 2024 and 3rd November 2024.
