About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Operational management: Oversee the daily operations of streaming services, ensuring high-quality delivery and uptime.
2. Technical oversight: Collaborate with technical teams to monitor streaming quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
3. Data analysis: Analyze viewer metrics and performance data to inform strategic decisions and enhance user experience.
4. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with content creators, marketing, and Tech teams to align streaming operations with business goals.
5. Budget management: Assist in budget planning and manage operational expenses to ensure efficient resource allocation.
6. Vendor management: Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure service quality.
7. Team leadership: Lead and mentor the streaming operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in media, communications, business, or a related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in streaming operations, digital media, or a related area.
3. Basic understanding of sports, streaming technologies, content delivery networks (CDNs), and video encoding.
4. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
5. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Experience with budgeting and vendor management is a plus.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per video).
