Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include working on operations-related tasks and proactively establishing and maintaining effective working team relationships with leaders.
Required:

3. Good comprehension skills and ability to clearly understand and state the customer's issues
4. Quick decision maker and fast learner
5. Organized and team player
6. Result Oriented & able to deliver within timelines
7. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
8. Ability to use a desktop computer system
9. Must have basic computer knowledge (basic Excel and MS Word) with typing speed of 25 to 30 wpm
10. Qualification: Graduates (B.Com, BA, BSc, any), undergraduates, minimum 12th pass, 1st year/2nd-year drop-out (BBA, BCA, B.E, BSC, diploma, etc. (candidates currently pursuing studies on a regular or semester basis are not considered, while freshers can apply)
11. Candidates looking for a full-time job can only apply as after completing the internship the candidates will be hired as permanent employees
