Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Hiring and onboarding new partners for VoiceClub, and building strong relationships with them.
2. Analyzing partner call data for key insights to enhance partner performance.
3. Assisting with a variety of operational tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Intern at VoiceClub in Bengaluru. As an Operations Intern, you will play a pivotal role in driving VoiceClub's growth by strategically expanding and optimizing our partner network. This involves a dynamic blend of proactive outreach, data-driven analysis to enhance platform performance, and efficient execution of day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring seamless functionality and continuous improvement.

Excellent performance may lead to a full-time Operations Associate role.
