Operations Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Execute SOPs of the manufacturing system to produce, process, store, and distribute a company s products for sale
2. Track and manage inventory to prevent bottlenecks and meet customer demands
3. Handle the cost-efficiency of a product and ensure it meets customers needs
4. Engage and actively communicate over operational projects related to a company s manufacturing processes and inventory management by conducting evaluations on the raw materials needed to produce the inventory, the human resources required to make the product, the market demand for the product, and the production planning necessary to meet these goals promptly
5. Perform quality control & optimization activities
6. Monitor products and services within a company to ensure high-quality products and satisfied customers
7. Monitor and optimize each step in the production process or service operations for errors or potential problems in finished products
8. Perform accounting and manage digital records, including software, cloud, or computer files and folders, for all layers of operations
9. Prepare and present introspection summaries and performance reports based on analytics and statistics
10. Research and prepare automated solutions wherever necessary

1
