Operation Excellence Specialist Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the planning, coordinating, and executing agile sprints, including organizing meetings, managing workflows, and tracking progress.
2. Support the operations excellence team in identifying operational bottlenecks and proposing data-driven solutions.
3. Work closely with team leads to document process improvements and streamline agile workflows.
4. Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
5. Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights that support operational decision-making.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
7. Prepare status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
8. Assist in training and educating team members on agile practices, tools, and frameworks.
