About the internship
As a narrative writer, you will collaborate closely with the curriculum architect to create roleplay narratives for our workplace simulation themed on soft skills that have already directly impacted 50,000+ learners and are aiming to enable many more. These fictional narratives are essentially scenarios such as client interactions, crisis management or brainstorming sessions in which our learners will be immersed to learn 9+ soft skills by roleplaying.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Curriculum Architect in writing imaginative narratives and storylines for workplace situations (such as client pitches, crises, brainstorming sessions, etc.) that require the application of soft skills. This includes crafting content in the form of tasks for learners and roleplay scripts for characters in the imaginary company.
2. Creating content such as quizzes, short case studies, and infographics focused on soft skills, which can be shared as supplementary materials for learners.
3. Continuously researching business scenarios and techniques or frameworks related to the application of soft skills in the workplace.
4. Staying aligned with business and current affairs to ensure our content remains relevant and in sync with industry trends and demands.
5. Collaborating with the program management team to incorporate feedback from learners to enhance the effectiveness of simulation storylines.
