We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MS Office, ANSYS, Autodesk Fusion 360, and Catia. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Designing products/products parts and assemblies in CAD/CAM software
2. Preparing 3D models, technical drawings, and related documents
3. Preparing engineering calculations, simulations, and reports
4. Performing tolerance stack-ups to verify designs
5. Analyzing designs for strength, weight, cost, production, and operation
6. Participating in the engineering design process from conception to product launch
7. Collaborating with other departments for design reviews, manufacturing processes, and production requirements
