About the internship

Are you passionate about expanding market reach and ensuring products are accessible to all consumers, even in remote areas? We are seeking a dynamic sales intern to join our team for a two-month internship focused on enhancing our sales and distribution infrastructure in low-population strata (LPS) towns and rural areas. As a market research intern, you will play a crucial role in expanding our outlet network within a designated geographic area. Your responsibilities will include identifying and adding new outlets, ensuring accurate data capture, and contributing to the overall project management efforts. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong project management skills, and a dedication to excellence throughout the internship period.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and add new outlets within designated LPS towns and rural areas
2. Capture outlet data accurately and comprehensively using provided tools
3. Travel extensively within the assigned geography to execute the project effectively
4. Fluently communicate in the local language (reading, speaking, and writing)
5. Collaborate with team members to ensure project objectives are met

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 500 per performance-based).
