Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues related to law and corporate compliance.
2. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal memos.
3. Assist in preparing for legal proceedings, such as court hearings and arbitrations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
5. Support the legal team in day-to-day tasks, including document management and administrative support.
6. Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute to legal strategy and decision-making.
7. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide timely and accurate legal advice to the organization.
