Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Install new images as scheduled and needed
2. Provide maintenance and support for printers and various other IT devices
3. Provide help desk support as needed
4. Perform hardware repairs
5. Troubleshoot software issues
6. Order PC parts as needed
7. Perform virus/spyware removal
8. Perform other related duties as assigned
9. Setup end-user logins
10. Respond to users' emails and other communications
11. Install and maintain hardware and software
12. Install, test, and deploy new client software applications
13. Provide troubleshooting assistance to end users for hardware and application
14. Maintain, install, and upgrade computers as necessary

Skills Required:

1. Understanding of operating systems (Windows 10, MAC, and Linux), registry, file systems, service packs, and install and uninstall mechanisms
2. Any degree (technical preferred)
3. Strong communication and collaboration skills
