Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Mar'23 and 19th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Chennai and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 700000 /year

The 3 month period is the probation period, the first 2 weeks will be a training period followed by an assessment. It is mandatory for every candidate to clear the assessment, in order to move forward. For any reason if you are unable to clear the assessment, your internship with us will come to an end.
The next 10 weeks will be an OJT (On the job training) period. The goal during the OJT period is to make 1 sale in the first 4 weeks of OJT and then 3 sales in the next 6 weeks of OJT. Depending upon the performance during this period, candidates will be eligible for a Pre-Placement Offer.
