About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and new business opportunities using online tools, CRM databases, and other sources.
2. Outbound Calling & Emailing: Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to prospective customers, introducing our products/services and qualifying leads.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, track sales activities, and update the CRM system.
4. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
5. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value propositions to prospects.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and ensure smooth lead handoffs for follow-up.
7. Market Research: Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better inform sales strategies.
8. Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall progress toward sales goals.

Other requirements

1. Must completed their MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field (or any relevant field)

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage with potential clients.

3. A passion for learning about sales strategies and techniques and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in sales.

4. Any previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.

5. Candidates with relevant certifications in sales, CRM software, or lead generation are preferred.(Not mandatory)
