Pawzz is a revolutionary animal welfare organization operating in Gurgaon. We raise awareness pertaining to issues related to animals, while simultaneously providing an online platform for animal lovers to volunteer, adopt animals, fund campaigns, rescue stories and become a vital part of the movement aiming for the complete eradication of the stigma towards animals in our society. Our mission is to balance out the human-animal ecosystem in the country and ensure that both live in harmony with each other.
1. Work on the intern hiring cycle from onboarding to exiting
2. Draft various job descriptions according to the foundation's requirements
3. Manage HR admin tasks, like employee database, donor retention cycle, etc.
4. Work on hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Hirect, Apna, etc.
5. Coordinate and manage an internal and external team
6. Organize & conduct interviews and training workshops for new employees and interns
7. Respond to and manage employees, donor queries, and doubts
8. Oversee the marketing and content creation team as per the foundation requirements
Skills and other requirements:
1. Interns with good communication skills, proficiency in speaking English, managing large teams, excellent multi-tasking, research, and efficient problem-solving skills will be preferred
2. The selected manager should be self-motivated and available at all times to solve any problems that may arise
