Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Updating employee records: Maintaining employee databases and payroll data
2. Screening resumes: Reviewing resumes and assisting with posting job openings
3. Scheduling interviews: Coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates
4. Preparing reports: Assisting with HR-related reports
5. Orienting new employees: Helping with new employee paperwork and orientation
6. Training program coordination: Contributing to the coordination of training programs
7. Addressing employee queries: Answering employee questions
8. Distributing company policies: Distributing company policies to employees
9. Organizing company events: Participating in the organization of company events
