Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with recruitment activities: HR interns in a recruiter role will assist with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
2. Posting job openings: HR interns will post job openings on job boards and other platforms, as well as on the company's website and social media accounts
3. Maintaining candidate database: HR interns will maintain a database of candidates, including their resumes, contact information, and other relevant details
4. Screening candidates: HR interns will screen candidates to ensure they meet the requirements of the position and will schedule interviews with the hiring manager
5. Conducting initial interviews: HR interns may be conducting initial interviews with candidates, either over the phone or in person
