Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Connect with potential candidates and share our amazing work culture and opportunities with them
2. Conduct phone and in-person interviews that make candidates feel at ease and excited about joining our team
3. Work with our team to onboard new hires and help them feel welcome from day one
4. Help us develop and implement recruitment strategies that are as fun and creative as our work
Requirements:
1. A friendly, outgoing personality that loves to connect with people
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to make anyone feel at ease
3. A passion for design and creative content creation
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Familiarity with recruitment practices and principles
6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
