About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on end-to-end recruitment process
2. Manage job advertisements on job portals and social networks
3. Assist in screening forms and resumes of applicants
4. Plan and schedule interviews with candidates
5. Conduct appropriate interviews of the candidates
6. Work on Excel and Word
7. Create reports on the HR-related process
8. Address queries and issues of workers when required
9. Assist the HR department
