Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement and maintain our performance management system to ensure players meet their goals.
2. Assist in managing compensation to maintain fair pay structures for athletes.
3. Research industry best practices to inform HR strategies.
4. Support player recruitment and onboarding, including conducting interviews and drafting offer letters.
5. Coordinate training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
6. Handle employee relations and provide HR support.
7. Participate in special projects to support HR goals.
