Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
3. Coordinate and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract top talent.
4. Assist with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation sessions.
5. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
6. Assist in organizing and updating HR policies and procedures.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
