About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conducting interviewing calls, arranging interviews, performing reference checks, and maintaining a candidate database
2. Updating the resume database in a functional and scalable format
3. Ideating, coordinating, and executing employee engagement initiatives
4. Collaborating with colleges for campus placements and updating requirements with internal stakeholders
5. Managing employee productivity and motivation, supporting retention and development initiatives, and analyzing training needs
6. Handling HR administration tasks and addressing employee queries
7. Performing any other HR duties as requested by management within the HR executive skill set
