Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling recruitment and employee engagement
2. Advertising job openings on free job portals and social networks
3. Screening potential candidates' resumes to identify suitable candidates for job vacancies
4. Coordinating with candidates and collecting all necessary details
5. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Updating the recruitment database
7. Managing the recruitment process from screening resumes to the candidate joining the company
8. Improving the employee engagement index across teams by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives
9. Developing and delivering the organization's internal communication strategy, planning activities, and supporting efforts to increase employee engagement
10. Assisting the HR team in various other activities
