As a 10-year-old organization, Antarang Foundation has been one of the leading voices in integrating employability and career development into the mainstream education narrative. Antarang Foundation focuses on developing employability skills in disadvantaged youth in urban low-income settlements. Through two structured programs, Antarang guides students in making career choices, provides training in core employability skills, and facilitates connections to employment opportunities aligned with their preferences. In the past decade, Antarang has positively impacted over 100,000 youth in Mumbai.
