We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) intern. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment and selection processes
2. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements from various portals such as Naukri, IIMjobs, hirist, internshala, LinkedIn & other Social Media channels
3. Screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
4. Negotiation and releasing offer to the candidates
5. Stakeholder Management
6.Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies and tailor your approach accordingly.
7.Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends
