About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and organizing employee files.
2. Help with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into their roles.
3. Gain exposure to different areas of HR, such as talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development.
4. Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone screenings.
