About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen the profiles, call candidates to explain the job description, and schedule interviews
2. Handle joining induction formalities and issue offer letters
3. Mobilize candidates using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram campaigns
4. Complete joining formalities and track daily attendance using the company-provided CRM
5. Manage client relationships, vendor relationships, and reviews
6. Generate payslips and handle statutory compliance

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 20th Sep'24 and 25th Oct'24

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Coimbatore, Delhi, Pune, Visakhapatnam, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Anantapuram, Palasa, Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, West Bengal and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Ability to give product training for the selected candidates

2. Good communication skills in English and Hindi

3. Have their own laptop

4. Male candidates ready to travel to client locations at the time of mass hirings and mass joinings.

5. Male candidates willing to work as candidate mobilizers, and headhunters, both online and offline, and conduct on-field recruitment

6. Candidates holding an MBA or BBA will be given priority

7. B.Tech or comparable degree holders will not be given preference

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 300 per joining with completion of first month.).
