About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Fostering a safe work environment with open communication channels
2. Hiring employees at all seniority levels at our hotels
3. Creating and approving budgets for all departments
4. Developing the company payroll
5. Resolving disputes and other possible issues within the company
6. Conducting exit interviews with the outgoing staff members
7. Supervising the dismissal process
8. Identifying and provide counseling for employees in distress
9. Working with department heads to determine the training needs
10. Fulfilling and adhere to the legal requirements to ensure compliance
11. Creating company policies based on the best HR practices
12. Ensuring diversity at our workplace
13. Boosting employee morale by celebrating their birthdays
