About the internship
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic human resource team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition, HR operations, full employee life cycle, and cross-department collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate to learn and contribute to the growth of our employees.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facilitating recruitment by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
2. Collecting feedback, conducting follow-up communications, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to candidates.
3. Assisting in compiling and managing employee relations documentation.
4. Contributing to employee engagement activities and collecting data to enhance the entire employee life cycle.
5. Supporting onboarding by preparing orientation materials and conducting new hire orientations.
