About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct first-round interview calls with potential candidates.
2. Assess candidates' qualifications and fit for various roles within the company.
Maintain accurate records of interview outcomes and provide feedback to the hiring team.
3. Schedule follow-up interviews with senior team members and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
4. Identify, contact, and hire qualified astrologers to join our application platform on a daily basis.
5. Maintain relationships with hired astrologers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
6. Assist with various administrative tasks to support daily operations.
7. Maintain organized records and documentation for all recruitment activities.
8. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
