Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process for astrologers, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new astrologers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
3. Maintain astrologer records and update HR databases with relevant information.
4. Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for astrologers.
5. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations related to the recruitment and management of astrologers.
6. Participate in engagement initiatives and events for astrologers.
7. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and responding to astrologer inquiries.
