Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
2. Handle the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork
3. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed
4. Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans
5. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
6. Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance HR operations

Note:

1. This internship is performance-based and apart from the fixed base stipend, you will be awarded an additional stipend based on your performance up to Rs. 32,500
2. You will be awarded a full-time opportunity at Koders after your tenure if your performance meets or exceeds expectations
3. Unlimited beverages and lunch will be provided at the office
