About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment: Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews
2. Support onboarding: Prepare materials, organize sessions, and help with paperwork
3. Aid in HR tasks: Maintain records, update databases, and file documents
4. Participate in projects: Assist with surveys and diversity programs
5. Help with training: Coordinate sessions and track attendance
6. Support events and meetings: Handle logistics and preparation
7. Respond to inquiries: Provide information and escalate issues
8. Conduct research: Explore best practices and industry trends
