1. Work on achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising clients
2. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites
3. Provide organization information, opportunities, and benefits, make presentations, and maintain rapport
4. Work on determining applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
5. Work on attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites
6. Work on arranging the management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging, and meals, escorting applicants to interviews and arranging community tours
7. Work on updating the job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining networks, and participating in professional organizations
8. Work on accomplishing human resources targets and the organization's mission by completing related tasks as needed

Additional Information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of revenue generated).
