Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
2. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
3. Maintain and manage HR documentation accurately.
4. Generate ad-hoc reports to support HR and organizational needs.
5. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
6. Address and resolve employee relations issues to foster a positive work environment.
Duration: Extendable based on student availability.
