About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

I. Recruitment and Staffing:
1. Assist in job posting and candidate sourcing
2. Resume screening
3. Conduct telephonic interviews
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews
5. Participate in the screening of resumes

II. Employee Onboarding:
1. Assist in preparing onboarding materials
2. Coordinate new hire orientations
3. Support the onboarding process by ensuring all necessary documentation is completed

III. HR Administration:
1. Maintain and update employee records
2. Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports
3. Provide general administrative support to the HR team

IV. General Support:
1. Provide support in HR projects and initiatives
2. Assist with various HR tasks as needed
