About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle multiple recruitment roles professionally.
2. Liaise with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
3. Define selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
4. Connect with daily received applications.
5. Manage hiring processes using electronic applicant tracking systems.
6. Evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, and facilitate pre-interview assessments.
7. Prepare hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.
8. Document processes and build relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
9. Develop hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends and stay informed of advancements in the field.

Other requirements

1. Demonstrate a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems.

2. Liaise with internal departments to develop hiring strategies and profiles.

3. Leverage knowledge of effective hiring platforms to attract suitable applicants.

4. Exhibit the exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists, and conduct interviews.

5. Create awareness of the company brand and establish professional relationships with candidates.

6. Document processes proficiently and stay updated on industry trends.

7. Showcase excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Bachelor’s degree in any field.

9. 5.5 days working (Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays off).

10. Daily timings: 10 AM – 7 PM.
