As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our HR team and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and more.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation sessions
3. Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
4. Support employee engagement initiatives by organizing events and activities
5. Help with the performance management process by collecting feedback and updating performance evaluation forms
6. Assist with employee relations matters by investigating and resolving employee complaints or issues
7. Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed

1. Pursuing/completing bachelor's or master's in hr, business administration, psychology, or related fields

3. No prior experience is required, but HR-related coursework or internships are a plus
4. Proactive, eager to learn, team player, ethical, maintain confidentiality
5. Full-time/part-time (minimum 3-6 months), open to remote or on-site roles
