HR Coordination Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential employers for placement of students
2. Connect/Contact/Visit the potential organizations willing to offer suitable placement to candidates
3. Line up students according to the companies/employers' requirements associated with the pre-placement profiling
4. Work on regular coordination with the manager/supervisor of the various companies and trainers
5. Undertake additional responsibilities from time-to-time-based on the organization's needs
6. Liaise with students and employers during/after placements
7. Foster relationships with local placement providers
8. Manage corporate tie-ups for student placements
9. Organize industry meet-ups
10. Support students to develop their CVs for placement and maintain the student database of placed candidates (pre/post placement)
