Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating training
3. Help with employee relations by responding to inquiries and assisting with conflict resolution
4. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and changes
5. Coordinate employee events and activities to promote a positive work culture
6. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and diversity initiatives
7. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
