About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent service by anticipating and meeting guest needs
2. Working across various areas of the hotel, including the restaurant, banquet service, room service, bar service, and club lounge
3. Learning and adhering to the policies and procedures of assigned areas
4. Supporting new staff by helping train and coach them once fully competent
5. Assisting the department in achieving its goals, particularly in guest satisfaction
