Rezili Assist Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a fulfillment and vendor management specialist. This role will primarily be based in Jaipur and Ahmedabad and will involve managing fulfillment operations and vendor relationships.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, from order receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order processing
2. Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels and optimize stock replenishment strategies
3. Monitor order status and proactively address any issues or delays to ensure on-time delivery to customers
4. Implement efficient order fulfillment workflows and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, serving as the main point of contact for vendor-related matters
6. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to ensure favorable terms for the company
7. Evaluate vendor performance regularly and address any performance issues or concerns promptly
8. Collaborate with vendors to streamline procurement processes and improve product quality and availability
9. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records
10. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations
11. Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs

1. Bachelors degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
2. Proven experience in fulfillment operations and vendor management, preferably in the e-commerce industry
3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management software
