About the Internship:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Research Intern for our client, BIXCO, based in Thane. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on dynamic and impactful research tasks that will help us better understand the financial landscape and refine our business strategies. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance research, business analysis, and market insights.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting in-depth research on companies to understand their business operations, products, and services.
2. Analyzing key financial performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate company health and growth.
3. Studying various business models to understand revenue generation strategies.
4. Reviewing financial reports to assess company strengths and identify areas for improvement.
5. Analyzing the competitive landscape to identify key players and evaluate their market share.
6. Gathering insights on competitors to assist in developing effective product-selling strategies.
7. Exploring potential future clients by identifying companies aligned with our business offerings.
8. Using simplified research methodologies to collect and present relevant information effectively.
9. Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings clearly.
10. Employing market research techniques to gain insights and explain complex data in simple terms.

Other requirements

1. Possess strong analytical and research skills.

2. Have a basic understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and business models.

3. Demonstrate the ability to simplify complex information and communicate findings clearly.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

5. Show strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

6. Exhibit enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
