About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the organization in prospecting and acquiring new clients using effective communication strategies.
2. Utilize accounting skills and MS Excel to track, analyze, and present sales data for informed decision-making.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Implement targeted strategies to increase sales and achieve assigned sales goals.
5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and processes.
7. Communicate fluently in both Hindi and English to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (6% of sales receipts remitted).
