About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in developing sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings for upcoming collections
2. Helping with trend research and mood board creation to inform design direction
3. Assisting in selecting fabrics and materials, including sourcing and organizing samples
4. Supporting the design team in the creation of prototypes and samples
5. Providing input on fitting sessions and helping make adjustments to designs based on feedback
6. Working closely with various teams, including production, merchandising, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive brand vision
7. Assisting in coordinating with suppliers and vendors
8. Helping maintain design archives, fabric libraries, and other resources
9. Supporting general office duties and project management tasks as needed

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design or a related field

2. Basic sketching and illustration skills

3. Familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

4. Understanding of garment construction and textile properties

5. Strong interest in fashion trends and industry developments

6. Excellent organizational and communication skills

7. Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks
