We are looking for an executive assistant to the founder of our dog training academy. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will ensure smooth operations and enable the founder to focus on their core responsibilities.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Scheduling, managing & attending dog training appointments with the founder
2. Providing administrative support to the team and management of the academy
3. Assisting the founder in sessions
4. Recording & editing videos for social media
5. Communicating effectively with team members and clients to facilitate collaboration and project outcomes
6. Managing and updating databases and software to ensure accurate and organized information
7. Taking on ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the company

2. can start the internship between 9th Sep'24 and 14th Oct'24
