As an event management intern, you will be expected to plan, coordinate, and support the organization for successful event delivery. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining and updating event information in the CRM system
2. Reviewing event plans and providing input for improvement
3. Developing and managing budgets for events
4. Working with event contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution
5. Managing event-related paperwork and documentation
6. Ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations
7. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the event
Who can apply:
1. Excellent event management skills
2. Experience working with event-related software
3. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills
4. Competent with MS Office and MS Excel
5. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
6. Passion for the events industry
