Digital Marketing Internship

Resume Folks USA is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media and Digital Marketing Intern to help promote our resume writing, jobs search help and interview coaching services across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will utilize organic growth strategies to reach both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B) through engagement, community building, and targeted outreach without relying on paid advertisements.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

a. Social Media Management:
1. Create engaging content tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including posts, stories, reels, and articles.
2. Participate in relevant groups and communities, offering resume tips and promoting Resume Folks organically.
3. Host Q&A sessions, share success stories, and build relationships with followers and potential customers.
4. Use hashtags and other organic growth strategies to increase visibility and follower engagement.

b. B2C Outreach:
1. Engage with jobseekers, professionals, and recent graduates via direct messages, comments, and posts to drive awareness of Resume Folks' services.
2. Design visually appealing content using tools like Canva to highlight career tips, resume writing services, and client testimonials.
3. Collaborate with influencers, micro-influencers, and community leaders for partnerships and shoutouts.

c. B2B Outreach:
1. Develop and implement strategies to build partnerships with career coaches, recruiters, and HR professionals using LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
2. Send personalized messages and outreach to potential business partners to promote bulk resume writing services.
3. Collaborate with business influencers and participate in professional groups to increase brand awareness and establish Resume Folks as a trusted partner.
