About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research local community, state, national and international current events
2. Organize the news to present the most interesting pieces first
3. Revise scripts and prepare to deliver them on a digital platform
4. Ensure late-breaking news is added to newscasts
5. Interview guests and other members involved in particular stories
6. Introduce news correspondents reporting on scene and ask them relevant questions
7. Comply with the moral code of the journalistic profession
8. Keep abreast of news developments by studying papers, attending events, etc.
9. Stay in contact with industry professionals
