About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally
2. Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers
4. Order Management: Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and any post-purchase concerns
5. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Other requirements

1. Graduate or Final Year Student: Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated.

2. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

3. Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.

4. Tech-savvy: Be comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication tools. Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.

5. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.

6. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

7. Empathy: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively
