About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage incoming and outgoing calls
2. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
3. Work on determining the cause of the problem & selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
4. Work on expediting correction or adjustment & following up to ensure resolution
5. Manage CRM tools
6. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
7. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
